Terms of Service

PandaSends helps high school students discover potential research mentors and prepare personalized outreach emails. PandaSends creates drafts and sends emails only when you explicitly review and approve them. It is a tool to assist your outreach; it does not guarantee replies, research positions, or any particular outcome.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PandaSends. If you are under 18, you should use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You agree to use PandaSends responsibly. You will not:

• Send spam, mass-blast unsolicited emails, or harass recipients.
• Misrepresent your identity, experience, or accomplishments in outreach.
• Use the service to violate any law or any third party’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse data obtained through the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you approve and send, and for complying with the policies of your email provider.

You sign in with Google and may connect Gmail to create and send approved emails. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can disconnect Gmail or revoke access at any time. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms.

You retain ownership of the resume, profile information, and outreach content you provide. You grant PandaSends a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

PandaSends uses AI to help draft emails. AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every draft for accuracy and appropriateness before approving or sending it. Do not include false claims about your experience.

PandaSends is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaSends and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or the outreach you send. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using PandaSends and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
